JOB OPPORTUNITIES
Sales Support/Project Manager:
Project management requires effective communication between client, vendor and team. As problems occur, solutions must be found. Attention to detail is essential to the successful completion of a project.
As many as 20 different methods of decoration and manufacturing must be learned. A professional, positive attitude with clients must be maintained. Clients need feedback on their projects and must be made to feel his/her project is important to us.
Product knowledge is also an important part of the job. Suppliers visit the office regularly, including once a week lunch meetings, and support persons are encouraged to attend using Idea Sheets to jot down new ideas and concepts for on going and future projects. Our annual sales meeting is also an opportunity to meet suppliers and view their products.
USA Marketing encourages a team environment where everyone readily lends a hand to help in new project research, loading the copier with paper or cleaning out the sample room. We are seeking problem solvers who bring a positive attitude to the workplace.
Skills Needed to do the Job Well:
Cope with strict deadlines or time demands.
Prepare to give what it takes to complete a task. Can and will work past 5 p.m. if necessary.
Take action in solving problems
Be an example of high energy and enthusiasm.

Use time management skills.
Maintain a problem solving attitude when under pressure.
